The PACIFIC EM175 Emulsifier is a crucial piece of equipment in the food industry, designed to blend immiscible liquids into a stable emulsion.   • The cutting system consists of knife heads which rotate with the motor shaft and hole plate (which are mounted in the cutting housing)
  • Each knife head has three replaceable insert blades

  • Knife heads with 3/6 blades; Hole plates with hole sizes from 0.5mm to 19mm
