Our large commercial scale production line for the production of battered chicken nugget are available in 400mm, 600mm and 900mm belt widths. Comprising of a forming machine, preduster, battering machine, and (optional) fryer the production line is for the production of chicken nuggets.
The production line comprises of the following machinery:
PACIFIC AMF400-II Automatic Multi Forming MachineForming machine for the forming meat or MDM into the shap of chicken nuggets.
PACIFIC 400mm Preduster (Flouring Machine)Optional: A flouring / preduster machine for coating / dusting of the formed chicken nuggets. The preduster helps with higher yields, better adhesion of the batter and a more even coating of batter.
PACIFIC 400mm Battering MachineBattering machine with upper and lower conveyors which dip the chicken nuggets into the batter bath for an even coating of batter.
PACIFIC 400mm 4.5M Continuous Fryer with Sediment RemovalContinuous fryer for the in-line frying of the chicken nuggets.
