Our state-of-the-art PACIFIC DG300 grinder is an industrial sized grinder specially designed for the effortless grinding of fresh, tempered or deep frozen blocks. The grinder features two worms/augers (feeding and grinding auger), providing high grinding performance and flexibility. Designed to be strong & robust, it is highly hygienic in its design. Our frozen meat grinder has been designed with many features to aid in its simple operation and quick & easy maintenance.
Worm Screw
Variable speed worm screw. Cuts blocks rather than breaking them up resulting in less fines and dust.
Fresh, Tempered or Frozen
Capable of effortlessly grinding both fresh meat and frozen blocks down to -18c in temperature.
Knife Set Configurations
Single or double knife set configurations possible.
Crane Davit
Integrated crane davit for heavy duty lifting of machine tools.
Hinged Hatch
Providing easy access for cleaning and maintenance.
Trip Bar
Hopper trip bar with rocker switch provides safety on the input of the machine.
Inspection Step
Step and mirror provide for easy inspection during maintenance and production.
Accessory Trolley
Trolley for the easy storage and transportion of tools. Aids in handling while dismantling and for the cleaning of the parts.
Optional: Incline Conveyor
We provide both bin lifters and incline conveyors to aid in the loading of blocks and products in to the hopper.
