The Formcook CC 409 Contact Cooker is a continuous and in-line 'clamp-grill' which is superior for browning, searing and finishing off Sous Vide cooked products. Containing an intensive 275°C conduction heat transfer from top and bottom of the product simultaneously, it is good for flat de-boned, whole muscle, minced meat, thinner products or bacon with a good contact surface. The electric powered heat sourced machine yields a maximum temperature of 275 degrees, therefore producing high quality results with great safety and reliability. A variable belt speed allows a cooking time from 0.40 -4 minutes and a teflon coated belt helps ensure product does not stick during cooking and does not leave belt marks on the product.
