Our prosciutto press is manufactured from 304 stainless steel using heavy duty commercial springs. Spring loaded from both sides allow the prosciutto press to apply constant pressure on the whole ham. Our prosciutto ham presses are suitable for use in both commercial kitchens and smallgoods manufacturers, as well as for home prosciutto production.
