Working under a state of vacuum, this 2000L vacuum massaging machine applies a low impact principle onto the product, forcing it to move up and down within the cylinder, striking and scraping against each other, allowing the massage and pickling to occur over a large surface area and the product to be evenly distributed within the cylinder so that the marinade or pickle can evenly coat the product allowing more absorption, have a good elasticity and taste and is easier to cut. This will also make it easier and quicker to unload and separate the products, greatly increasing overall productivity and product consistency.

The Pacific VM2000 can be operated via both manual and PLC Modes.

The PLC mode allows the operator the freedom to run the machine in a varirty of different ways.

Traditional Mode - one process that alternates the tumbler cylinder direction between forward and reverse for a set running time.

Free Mode - allows the operator to save up to four process types per each of the 99 recipe stored.

in each process you can set the dirction, RPM, process running time and Vacuum or non vacuum.

After the process types have been saved, the operator can then set a running order of up to 6 processes, for any length of time.

Cleaning mode - allows the operator to run the machine through one process that alternates the tumbler cylinder direction between forward and reverse for a set running time.
