Ross TC700M Tenderiser - 1996 Model
The TC700M comes with stainless steel blades that produce 32 incisions per square inch ("T-Shape" pattern) in bone-in and boneless meat products to sever sinew, connective tissue and muscle fiber. Production through puts up to 2200 kgs per hour with a conveyor speed of up to 1.7m/min. The main advantage of using the TC700M is that ageing and cooking time is reduced and the moisture is retained to enhance the flavor of the product. Suitable for beef, poultry, pork, lamb, seafood. This machine is a 2006 year machine in great condition and will be completely restored once it is received in late September / early October 2015.
